ABOUT US
Eleanor Butler-Jones is a British Knitwear designer based in London. Graduating from Central Saint Martins BA Fashion Design with Knitwear in 2020, Eleanor went onto copyright her signature crinkle technique she developed during her studies. With a strong focus on slow fashion in the aim to help tackle over consumption and production by working on a made to order basis. We aim to be as green as possible by knitting in a zero waste way, we use biodegradable packaging and try to keep our material sourcing either deadstock or as local as possible.
ORDERS
Garments are made to order unless stated otherwise. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your made to order piece/s to be produced, once ready your order will be shipped to you and tracking will be provided. All made to order pieces are made by hand in our London studio. All in stock items will be shipped within 4 working days. All items purchased are non returnable/refundable.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom Orders are available at an additional cost based on the amount customisation and how rushed the job is. All pieces are made by hand in our London studio. A full quotations will be provided prior to starting the job and a 50% upfront deposit is required. The total cost of the job must be paid in full prior to receiving the finished piece/s. Custom orders are non refundable.
SHIPPING
DUTIES AND TAXES
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the UK may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country and we are unable to control these costs or predict their amount.
